Dear Rotarian:
This week I gave a presentation on the status on women in senior management positions based on the 2023 Women in Business Report issued by Grant Thornton International for 19 years in a row.
The report shows positive progress, even though is very slow. At the current rate only 35% of senior management positions will be occupied by women by 2025. Extremely far from parity. You can access the full report in our Albums section.
Reminder: Rotary International and District dues will be billed to members at the beginning of each semester, starting July 1, 2023.
