TuArte: Connecting art and the Community

This past Tuesday, we welcomed Rowan St. Clair, founder of Tu Arte, a nonprofit organization bringing people together through creative expression. Rooted in community, Tu Arte brings art classes to schools, plazas, and public spaces throughout Puerto Rico, connecting participants with local and international talent. Rowan shared how the organization creates opportunities for artists to teach, grow, and lead, with meaningful work reaching older adults and children in schools.

It was a pleasure to learn how Tu Arte is helping people discover their creativity and connect with others. Rowan also invited us to support this work through volunteering, sponsorships, or donations of art materials—several ways our members can become involved. We thank Rowan for sharing your vision and showing us how art can open doors to learning, connection, and belonging.
