New Member Approved

THE FOLLOWING CANDIDATE has been approved for membership in San Juan Rotary:
ROBERT D. BOLTE (Technical Services) Owner, New Day Technology.  A former Rotarian, Bob is sponsored by President Ray Erb.

JUST A NOTE
JUST A NOTE from fellow-Rotarian, Ralph Bixler, whom you may have noticed stays seated during the luncheons.  Ralph wants you to know that he has a condition called spinal stenosis which has seriously affected his ability to stand and/or walk.  However, he is very happy to greet old and new friends at the meetings.
LAST WEEK

Salvador Hasbun, President of El Vocero, started his career as a DJ on a local radio station while attending Medical school.  A career in communications won out when he joined the Young & Rubicam firm as Director of International Markets.  Over the years, he has held many media positions and he is now the president of the newspaper that has the largest circulation in Puerto Rico - El Vocero.  Born in the Dominican Republic, Salvador, after some 26 years in Puerto Rico, enjoys a uniquely respected position in the media industry.
