Our luncheonspeaker, María Elena Lampaya is the Executive Director of the Sales & Marketing Executives Association of Puerto Rico, a non-profit organization that has a 62 year history promoting the professional development of its members.  She has has more than 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector working in the areas of communications, marketing, community impact and business administration.

Since 2010, her goal has been to move the Association forward, and grow its membership through high quality workshops, networking opportunities, prestigious awards and in depth studies targeted to professionals in areas of sales, marketing and communication.   As a result of her efforts, the SME expanded its membership categories which now include regular members, professional associates, educators and student chapters.   At the moment the SME has more than 640 members and participation keeps growing.
