Blue & Gold Gala welcomes RI President to PR

A fabulous time was had by the more than 250 Rotarians, guests and friends who attended the July 2nd Blue & Gold Gala, enjoying fine food,wine and music at what is hoped will be the first of an annual activity. It was a honor for our island to welcome 2010-11 Rotary International President Ray Klinginsmith and his wife, Judie. Puerto Rico was the first stop for the new president after the RI Conference in Montreal. San Juan Rotary was proud to serve as the host club for this most welcome visitor.

Congratulations to the Gala Committee and especially to Gala Chairman Marcos Vidal for his non-stop efforts towards realizing the elegant event.
