Utilizing Caribbean artworks from the Cortes' Family's private collection which are exposed in Fundación Cortes' two exhibit halls, as the main cultural and educational tools and vehicles of positive social transformation. Their free of charge museum in Old San Juan has received 85,000 visitors from around the world and has served more than 14,500 children and adults through its Educa Cortes, its hands-on educational workshops. Ms. Gonzalez has 30 years of experience both in Massachusetts and Puerto Rico and holds an MBA from Boston University and completed the Adaptive Leadership Program from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Recipient of community and leadership awards from institutions and civic organizations, she noted that it was good to be in alliance with San Juan Rotary. |
