ROTARIANS from Greeley Centennial , Colorado were . Evelyn Stiefel and Rock Jannison .  Evelyn is President/Owner of A-Frame Mortgage LLC.
VISITING ROTARIAN from Traverse City, Michigan, KENNARD WEAVER & his wife JUDITH.  He is a retired lawyer and Chairman of Rotary District 6290 Grants Committee.
Brisas del Torito, a neighborhood in Cayey, received a high pressure pump to inject chlorine as the water comes out of the pump in answer to their request to San Juan Rotary's Hurricane Relief Committee.  Rotarian Armand Pique, Coordinator of the Project, delivered the $2,060.32 check to Renato Lopez Fuentes community helper in Cayey.

Our guest speaker was BRIG. GEN.  DUSTIN A. SHULTZ, the Senior Federal Army Officer in the Caribbean.  She received her commission in the Military Intelligence Corps from New Mexico Military Institute in 1989.  From her first assignment in Provo, Utah, she went on to some sixteen assignments before her current position.  Among her many awards, she received the General Douglas MacArthur Leadership Award. Using her Spanish language skills, General Shultz transferred to the U.S. Southern Command in Miami, Florida and served as Joint Planner in supporting Operation United Response, Haiti relief efforts.  She holds a BA in Political Science from Texas Tech, a Masters in Strategic Intelligent from American Military U and a Masters in National Security from the National War College.

The receptive audience enjoyed her friendly and, at times, humorous talk as she covered some of the outstanding experiences of her career, to date.  One could quickly gather that General Shultz is very happy with her choice of military service.  She assumed command of the 1st Mission Support Command, the largest federal Army command in the Caribbean, shortly before the emergency created by hurricanes Irma and Maria in the region.
