TERE BEARD, Industrial Engineer, Instructor/Consultant, and the Executive Director of the Hogar del Buen Pastor, an NGO that provides housing for the homeless, is passionate about everything related to wellbeing. She covered various topics, such as "What makes us well",: Free yourself from Stress", Re-wiring your brain for success", "Everything bad is good".  Many believe talent and knowledge are the key to success.  In her talk she went through several scenarios and suggestions to understand that improving your mindset can actually be the key to your success.  Armed with a BA from Georgia Tech, and after 29 years in technology sales with Microsoft and Evertec, she has taken on a new bent in life.  Author of "Todo lo Malo es Bueno" (which will soon be available in English), she is the founder of two websites and two podcasts. Speaker Tere was awarded a Distinguished Toastmaster Award by Toastmasters International.
