(Pepito) Rivero Laura Cantero, Executive Director of Grupo Guayacan, Inc., (GGI) a private sector driven, non-profit organization, founded in 1966 with a unique model that has coupled private equity investment with a portfolio of programs aimed at developing, strengthening, and advancing Puerto Rico's entrepreneurial system, gave a comprehensive overview of what GGI does with its portfolio of global programs. These programs help entrepreneurs to build their ventures and generate socioeconomic impact for Puerto Rico by providing ideas to start-up and growth with the education tools and capital to take their ventures to the next level. Laura has had 18 years of experience in the financial services industry and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Angel Ramos Foundation.
