Dear Members, we now have the results of the survey regarding returning to our regular lunch meetings at the AFDA club. A large majority of those answering indicated that it was to soon. I am, however, concerned that many members are not comfortable with ZOOM and I would like to engage those members. The best way is to identify members who have not joined us for any virtual meetings but did attend lunch meetings regularly and, if necessary, help them become ZOOM users. This has worked wonders in other clubs. Our Membership Committee will be working on a program to make it happen.

Our District 7000 Governor Mercedes Peguero Moronta made her Official Visit to San Juan Rotary. An Attorney, she served as a judge and then on the Pardons Board for eight years Mother of three children, she served in many leadership positions in the Arecibo Rotary Club. DG Mercedes and our Board of Directors had an early morning informative meeting before her presentation to the membership. Citing increasing membership as a top priority along with contributing to The Rotary Foundation, our speaker feels extremely optimistic about Rotary International's positive place in the world.
