Thank you for your support for myself and the Board of 20/21.
It has been a year of ups and downs, but the club has survived and judging from the happy gathering during our In Person club meeting this last Tuesday 22 of June, the club is as strong as ever.
It was wonderful to see such an enthusiastic group of members and guests including our DG Mercedes Peguero and 21/22 DG Elect, Agustin Montañez who honored us with their presence.
I cannot tell you how happy I was to see everybody enjoying our unique bonds of friendship.
I am convinced that our camaraderie cannot be found any place else.
Next week, Tuesday, June 29 we will have the important swearing in ceremony of our new board and President Antonio (Tito) Colorado.
I am counting on all of our members to be present to welcome and congratulate them.

Inducted into San Juan Rotary on Tuesday was Douglas J. Green, Consultant Precious Metals with Micron Resources, LLC. Doug was a member of the Emmetsburg, Iowa Rotary Club. President Frank is his sponsor.
DONATIONS were given to the Foundation for Puerto Rico Teacher Training, represented by Claudia Quesada and the Proyecto Lepra Instituto, Dominican Republic, represented by Pastor Madeline Flores.
President Frank gave an overview of the 20-21 Rotary Year that, due to Covid, certainly was a novel one. He then went on to thank the club members who worked tirelessly on the Speakers, Membership, Finance and Nominations Committees. The Board of Directors received Certificates of Accomplishment . We were honored to have District Governor, Mercedes Peguero attend the meeting.
TWO MEMBERS received the coveted "Rotarian of the Year" Award, RAYMOND ERB & JORGE GONZALEZ, for exemplary Service Above Self dedication. Next week will be another in-person AFDA meeting for the annual Change of Command program.
